Most AI video still looks like AI.
The work I make looks like film.

What I do
Three parts of the job I own end to end on every spot, from the first prompt to the final export.
Prompting & Direction
Directing the models, not just prompting them. I build the shot, iterate across tools, and push until the look, motion, and product all read on-brand.
- Shot design & references
- Prompting: Veo, Kling, Sora
- Stills & style: Midjourney
- Product & character consistency
Editing & Finishing
Where the AI tell gets removed. I cut for pacing, grade, design the sound, and clean up frame by frame until it plays like a real commercial.
- Edit & pacing: Resolve
- Color grade
- Roto & relight: Beeble, AE
- Cleanup & compositing
Tool R&D
The stack changes every month. I test new models as they drop, benchmark them on real briefs, and fold whatever is production-ready into the pipeline.
- New model evaluation
- Upscaling: Magnific
- Prompt libraries
- Pipeline & cost tuning
AI commercials that hold up next to real film.
I'm Serge Grushin, a producer and director working entirely in AI video. Inside an AI commercial studio I take spots from the first prompt to the final export: directing the models, then editing, grading, and cleaning up by hand until the AI tell is gone.
I care most about the last ten percent, the part that separates a real commercial from an obvious generation. It's slower, it's manual, and it's the whole point.
